Amended Pleadings:

If you have been placed in default and ordered to file an amended petition or an amended answer, please do not file a new case via the "Submit an eFile" section of the e-filing website. Rather, you must go to the "My Cases" page and click on the paperclip to file a subsequent document.

Filing Documentation with Small Claims Petition or Answer Form:

Unfortunately, users cannot e-file documentation with the Small Claims Petition or Answer Form. After you have submitted the petition or answer form, go to "My Cases" and click on the paperclip associated with the relevant docket number. Here, you can choose the correct document from the drop down list and upload the documentation for submission.
